Aurora was a Rebel Alliance safe world in Wild Space during the Galactic Civil War. It was invaded by Moff Lorin during his escape from the Fakir Sector several months after the Battle of Endor. A six week occupation of the planet occurred in which the entire population was held captive. Five hundred beings were killed in mass executions during the occupation.
