Zhie Sakun (火箸, Brazier of the Burning Past) is the Daimyo of the Land of Sound, lead by Otogakure. Dubious, cunning, and nefarious, Zhie is a man of the people, raised in a nobility setting. Rising up to the rank of the political state of the Hidden Sound, he aided in earning the country it's state as one of the leading trade depots of the world. The actions of the trade broker led his quick ascension through the ranks of the his village, and with the debacle of the Summit, allowed Zhie to slither his way into the seat of the Daimyo, where law and trade met, coining him the title, Magistrate of Scales (はんがん, Hangan Gyorin).
