When they activate Fist of Stone they hit quite hard but move slowly. Let the tank kite them for the duration. If you are close to the tank in aggro be careful when the kiting starts since aggro generation will pause while the kiting goes on. Non-tanks will likely be one-shot if they take aggro in this defense mode.
