Roger Goodwin was the second husband of Sylvia Goodwin. After divorcing St. John Cropper she married Roger some time later, however her son Roy wasn't fond of Roger and was often in conflict with him. When Roy reached the age where he was able to fend for himself he moved out and rarely kept in contact. Roger passed away in March 2011 and Sylvia wrote to Roy to inform him, but because of the bad memories he possessed of him, Roy didn't attend the funeral.
