Futurization is when a building from the Cities of Tomorrow expansion in your city converts nearby shops, factories, or homes into futuristic ones. This process happens automatically. You know that a building is futurized when the road that it is on turns deep black with hexagonal patterns, separated by blue and yellow lines. Futurized buildings also have futuristic cars, and new features that do not appear on normal buildings.
