Roy ?, code name Ebon Flow, was a warper who could shift his personal time so he could go faster or slower. However, he had a backlash where he had to spend the same amount of personal time in the other state. Shifting out of normal time allowed him to avoid his wife, Cardiac's, fear aura. He finally overdid it searching The Pentagon for a nerve gas bomb. He is still in backlash, holding the bomb. He's his own statue. He had a son with Cardiac, but he never got to see him.
