Quantum Politics is a national wonder in the Rising Tide expansion pack. It can only be built by combining Progenitor Artifacts. Quantum politics increases virtue acquisition speed by 20%. The release version of this wonder reduced the cost of virtues by 50% (thus increasing the virtue acquisition speed 100%). This changed in the October 2015 patch.
