Plus was a New York superhero who usually appears with his partner, Minus. They were the first heroes that Mimeo fought. Plus was a founding member of the Empire City Guard. The guy who flew - and just blasted the shit out of the first truck - was carrying a girl with a big rack and long dark-brown hair. These two had to be Plus and Minus.
