The One Smell and You'll Wanna Kiss Magic Incense is an incense which Nabiki Tendo was willing to sell for ¥3,980. It is unknown what it actually does, but judging from the name the person who smells it will want to kiss (presumably) the first person they see. It is also unknown if this is an actual incense or just a ploy by Nabiki to make some money off of Shampoo and Ukyo Kuonji. In the manga Nabiki sells a different incense to Ranma Saotome which she calls the Incense for the Coming Summer in a similar manner.
