Marks of Strategy are earned by winning Arena matches but are only available in arena lockboxes, which take a week to reset. The Marks of Strategy are used for Tier 4 Pvp armor which is located in the Hall of Heroes between the Magic and Meta Wing in the Watchtower for Heroes and the Meta Wing - most outer region and lowest level - for Villains. These Marks have been discontinued and replaced with Marks of Valor.
