Novilium-428 was a stable isotope of a heavy element that was found on Tatooine. The material could produce great nuclear power without excess radiation and damaging gamma rays. When accelerated to near-lightspeed in a revolving motion, it let off a form of energy that could supply power more efficiently than hypermatter, and could as such be tapped to neutralize molecular and atomic instability caused by ionization or electron anomalies.
