The Decimation-class was notably different than its predecessor, the Executor-class Mk. 1. The middle-front section was removed to free up crew and reduce cost to operate. It was still 19,000 meters long, and it still had room for over 2,000 weapons emplacements. Like the original doctrine of the Empire, this ship was easily capable of striking fear into potential opponents due to its length of 19 km. The two "prongs" jutting downward from the end of each tip of the split forward hull simply added to that effect.
