Rathan is a major city in the Great Divide, being built on a mountain top. The city's population never has been large, perhaps due to the number of demon lords and angry mountain gnomes that inhabit the area. The city also has been plagued by vampires at times. The realm currently is ruled by Loa'Kass, a reformed and transformed Ice Devil.
