Kulame was a soldier working for Bashir Ćawil Hanad. Hanad and his soldiers spotted what was left of Abigail Harper and Jack Bauer's vehicle while they were chasing after the missiles the Firethorn mercenaries stole. Sensing a trap, Hanad told Kulame and his squad to examine the burning vehicle for any traps, but they didn't find any. Kulame rounded up his soldiers and regrouped with Hanad, and the remaining soldiers drove to Berbera. Once they arrived, Kulame, along with Hanad and the rest of his troops, were gunned down by Newbold's mercenaries. (Rogue)
