Bultip was a hedgehog and the traveling companion, as well as bodyguard, of the mousemaid Aubretia. He was a descendant of Pallum and resided in Noonvale. Along with Aubretia, he arrived at Redwall Abbey during the time of Abbot Saxtus to tell the story of Martin the Warrior.
