The BWE is found only once in the zone in the entire series. It is only found during Call of Pripyat in the Quarry in Yanov. There is a stash inside the cockpit, you have to climb up on the hill, jump to the back of the Bucket-wheel excavator and find your way into the cockpit. Beware of anomalies.
