Supreme General of the New Covenant of Peace was the rank given to a Sangheili that was already a General and trusted by the Hierarchs of the New Covenant of Peace. It was equal to the Supreme Fleet Master of the New Covenant of Peace. Both of these ranks were only given to Sangheili.
