Terril was a male Mari vendor on the Mari homeworld in the Delta Quadrant. Terril was selling his goods, hand-crafted pottery, on the market place in 2374 when another Mari, Frane, attacked him and beat him with a stick. Terril suffered from a bleeding head wound and only survived because Captain Kathryn Janeway, Neelix, and B'Elanna Torres from the USS Voyager restrained Frane and assisted Terril.
