Goldander Blackenrock is a svirfneblin gnome who lives in the Underdark near the drow city of Ust Natha. When you reach the Underdark in Chapter 5, you will need to speak with Goldander in order to reach the surface. You can either kill him and collect the Light Gem from his dead body or collect it as a reward for completing the task he gives you.
