Tabantha Wheat is an item from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. It is a curative item that restores Link's health by refilling one Heart Container. Link can buy it at the Slippery Falcon shop of the Rito Village, or find it by cutting grass all over the Tabantha Frontier region.
