Mounds was a candy bar with a coconut-based center, and coated with dark chocolate. It was the sister product of Almond Joy. They were sold at Lou's Cafe in 1955, but when Marty McFly visited the cafe on November 12, he chose to purchase an Almond Joy bar instead.
