Mills Lane is the referee in the series. In seasons 1-4 he is voiced by himself but due to his stroke in 2002, he doesn't voice himself anymore in seasons 5 and 6. Instead, Chris Edgerly. His catch phrases are "Let's get it on" and "I'll allow it" (and rarely, I won't allow it). On rare ocassions, he will also make a 10 count similar to a Real Boxing Match such as the fight between Mike Tyson and Evander Holyfield.
