Kyle(Matt Dallas) has no belly-button. He was an experiment, and grow in a tank. When he was about eighteen he was born (broke out) of the tank he was in. Kyle's first memory of life after the tank is about him walking in the woods, naked, where he met up with a couple camping in a tent. Kyle was found walking around the city naked. He was taken to a Juvinelle Facility. He met Nicole Trigar at the facility, where she was questioning him.
