John Deere Jialian Harvester Co. was founded in 1997 as a joint-venture between John Deere (60%) and Jiamusi Combine Harvester Factory (40%). Based in Jiamusi, Heilongjiang, China, the company became wholly-owned by John Deere, and was renamed in 2010 to John Deere (Jiamusi) Agricultural Machinery Co., Ltd.. The combines were also exported to other countries, such as Russia, under the AgForce brand, and to Pakistan as John Deere/ATL.
