When a character with the Wintertouched feat uses a cold keyword power, that character gains combat advantage for that attack against creatures vulnerable to cold.[PH:201] Wintertouched is an essential part of the frostcheese strategy. Creatures hit by a cold keyword power from a character with the Lasting Frost feat become vulnerable to cold, setting them up for Wintertouched's combat advantage.
