Shouta's father is a widower living in the 20th Ward with his young son, Shouta. He was kidnapped by a gang out for revenge against the Kirishima Siblings, and seriously wounded in the resulting battle. He kept Touka's secret after she spared his life, helping inspire her to begin attending school.
