Rynscar was a Black Sun Underboss who lived in the last years of the Galactic Empire. In 5 ABY, Rynscar ambushed the Zabrak bounty hunter Jas Emari and her New Republic boyfriend Jom Barell while they were visiting Nar Shaddaa to seek information about Han Solo's whereabouts. Jas managed to convince Rynscar not to deliver her to his Boss Gyuti in return for offering to pay triple the amount of her debts. Later, Rynscar informed the bounty hunter Mercurial Swift that Gyuti had imposed a bounty on Jas Emari's head.
