Shei is a Human controlled colony in the Core sector. While its economy specializes in manufacturing, Shei also exports a small amount of foodstuffs to other colonies. During the Human-Covenant War, Shei was primarily untouched by Covenant forces and therefore remained one of the few strongholds after the war. During Operation: FROSTY PEAK in 2631, Shei was the spotlight of insurgent activity until the resistance was shattered by the United Nation Space Command's Battlegroup Murmillo.
