Lieutenant Beyer was a female Starfleet security officer assigned to Vanguard in the 23rd century. In 2265, Beyer stood guard with an (unnamed) Andorian thaan lieutenant outside Vanguard's conference chamber. When Ambassador Jetanien later requested that only fellow ambassadors Lugok and Sesrene remain, Beyer supervised directing the Klingon and Tholian envoys and attachés back to their respective embassies.
