Image:Headdeath.jpg Head Death, a character in the Death theme, is the supervisor of the other deaths and a shrewd bureaucrat. He wears a light purple cape to signify his rank. Unlike the other deaths, Head Death seems to not have his own portfolio of death scenarios he is supposed to attend to. Head Death was required to deal with a major labour dispute, when all of the Deaths went on strike. The strike began in strip #833 and didn't end until strip #976 when Head Death agreed to return Death of Insanely Overpowered Fireballs to his original position.
