Ramos Outrigger is a character featured in RAGE. He is a resident of the Outrigger Settlement. Ramos can be found sitting on a chair, presumably keeping watch over the settlement. After talking with Janus Outrigger, Ramos will reveal to Nicholas Raine that they've sent Juno out to warn the neighboring communities about nearby mutants. Unfortunately, Juno was killed while doing so. As such, Ramos asks Nicholas to continue what Juno failed, thus starting the quest "Mutant Alert". It is recommended to take this quest before leaving to Wellspring, as the settlement will be closed later on.
