A Child Of Nibiru(more commonly known as a Shinigami) is a being who wields a unique form of chakra known as Nibiru Chakra. They Have unique abilities only children of Nibiru have and one personal ability that only they have. Their power isn't given from birth, the power is woken by the intense fear of death(regardless of age the fear of death is from their view). The moment their powers awake they never age a day. Even though the full extent of this power was never full exposed the current known powers are based around aiding the wielder the unique power is generally a more destructive one.
