Earth Valley is home of the Dwarf race. This nearly self sustained community trades metal goods with Radiata. Inside of Earth Valley is a mine that holds precious metals that when forged, create spectacular weapons and armor. However, the heavy mining of the Dwarfs has depleted the once near infinite resources of their mine and the purity of the water is decreasing, leading to higher costs of production. This in turn leads to the Elder requesting a price increase on all manufactured goods. Due to Cross' interference peaceful negotiations fell apart and the fairy and human war began anew.
