Brace Tarkosa was a Human male who worked as a crewman on Outbound Flight. He was one of the first hundred people recruited to the project at its start in 29 BBY. He was two years older than his friend on the crew, Chas Uliar. Tarkosa later represented the Survivors on the Managing Council in the Redoubt, where Outbound Flight crash-landed. He was also among those who were evacuated by the Chiss to the Empire of the Hand.
