The Emissary's Special Reserve was the name given by Kasidy Yates to a wine Benjamin Sisko planned to make upon his retirement. In 2375, Sisko was constructing a model of the home he wished to build on Bajor. When discussing the location with his wife Kasidy, he noted the soil would be perfect for growing kava, which in turn could be used to make his own springwine. Kassidy jokingly said he could call it the "Emissary's Special Reserve" and suggested it would be "a big seller." (DS9: "Penumbra")
