Uther Kermen was a Human male who served as an Imperial Navy admiral during the Galactic Civil War. In 6 ABY, he was named the commander of the Imperial fleet by Ken Palpatine, the grandson of Emperor Palpatine and his successor as the Galactic Emperor. He took part in combating the forces of Zsinj and the New Republic during the Second Emperor Campaign. However, Kermen was killed in action in 7 ABY. Admiral Llon Banjeer replaced him as the commander of the navy.
