The Lapis Eye Key is found in Room M2 on the second floor of Brookhaven Hospital in Silent Hill 2. It is located inside a drawer. The name is derived from the eye carving with the iris part made out of lapis lazuli. The key is one of two needed to open the Louise Puzzle box found on a bed in Room S14 on the third floor of the hospital.
