Shi Mizu's Haori is a legendary chest armor in Diablo III. It requires character level 31 to drop. When seriously injured, it raises your Critical Hit chance to 100%. With a great deal of Toughness and very potent healing, this armor can become a candidate to rival other endgame chest armor pieces. This chest piece also has a unique look on the hero rather than using a re-painted model of a normal armor.
