The Tranquil-class Mini Sub was a small two person submersible designed by the Mikaru Shipwrights and produced in great numbers by the Mon Calimari. The craft was primarily designed for underwater Research and Recon as it featured an advanced aquatic sensor package. It was however capable of acting as an underwater combat craft, as it was armed with 4 nose mounted laser cannons and two under belly torpedo launchers. A Large number of these had been produced and stockpiled for wholesale just prior to the Massacre of Mon Calimari, and as such when the GA, Fel Empire, and Remsian Republic launched an assault to deal with the Massacre, several of them in combat.
