The Ascension of Lunacy (天恟の上り, Tenkyō no Nobori) is a situational technique that can be used by Mukūrō during times of desperation. To initiate the technique, Mukūrō suppresses the entirety of the Cursed Seal of Reflection. This enables him to use his chakra absorption, or rather, his Curse of the Wallowing Vulture to its highest extent. After rapidly absorbing chakra from the environment, he sends it throughout his body, filtering it at the core of his chakra pathway system — his abdomen. Through this he can willingly alter his physiology based on the chakra obtained from the foreign sources, the nature and intensity of the chakra triggering certain physical characteristics to be obtained over others.
