Karl Wachter is a Seaman who is currently assigned to the USS Majestic and who was originally suspected of killing Agent Lara Macy but he along with his colleague, fellow Seaman George Capetanos were found innocent although the two had joined forces to exact their revenge against Tyler Hammond and his father who had raped Petty Officer Kaylen Burrows.
