She is almost certainly from the lower-class and impoverished West Enaj district of Sivad, if her rambling dockside accent is any indication; appearance and overall personality, however, belie an unmistakably Martian heritage. But any paper trail one could reasonably follow unfortunately stretches no further back than 3002, making serious inquiries into the nature of her youth and upbringing difficult at best.
