The UNSC Gendarmerie (or Military Constabulary) is the centralised military police of the UNSC Defense Force. The Gendarmerie maintains a presence on almost every UNSC world, headquartered in fortified precinct stations. The precinct stations are equipped to be self-sufficient and to support a Gendarmerie unit. They consist of armouries, prison cells, barracks, firing ranges, archives, warehouses, kitchens, gymnasium and vehicle depots.
