Noble Kanohi were less powerful versions of Great Kanohi. While Toa wore Great Kanohi, Turaga wore these less powerful Noble Kanohi. Toa could also wear Noble Kanohi, but preferred Great Kanohi because of their power. Matoran could wear Noble Kanohi as well, as shown by Jaller, but could not use their power.
