The International Federation (INFE) is a federation created in 2000 - The New Millenium (Map Game). The INFE was created in 2001, by Mexico (Miguelhdzb22). Bolívar, Germany, E.A.R. (East African Republic), Russia, Congo, Oceania, and of course, Mexico are the members. They have their HQ in Mexico City.
