Meaney had portrayed in films, such as Under Siege, The Last of the Mohicans, Far and Away, Con Air and Law Abiding Citizen. He also had television roles on MacGyver, Dr. Quinn: Medicine Woman, Stargate: Atlantis, Law & Order, Law & Order: Criminal Intent and The Unit. Meaney currently is the series regular in the show Hell on Wheels.
