The Frozen Howler was a two-seater soapbox car race held on Kotalub as part of the God of Landfills festival, held in lieu of Christmas on that world. It started out of the failed Kharissian colony and traversed a forested area, later bordered by a cliff, while going through a snow field, finally going into a landfill, where the finish line was. The 2401 edition was exceedingly dangerous: out of 108 entrants, only 7 finished the first round, won by Urie. (Star Trek: The Stoneship Files: "Cruchitude Dump")
