This "Russian suit" was a KGB agent operating in the United States in 1957. He along with three others were assigned to follow Mutt Williams so as to capture Indiana Jones. When he and another agent failed to apprehend Jones at Arnie's, they gave chase in their car, with him driving. When they drove through a Red Scare rally, a banner saying "Better Dead Than Red" fell on the car's windshield, blinding the driver and causing him to crash into a statue of Marcus Brody. "Brody's" head crashed through the windshield and wound up in the agent's lap.
