Today marked the creation of the People's Republic of Kirlawa as 79 delegates to the Constitutional Assembly voted for a new constitution that saw the official start of the new united Kirlawan state. The new constitution sees a unicameral Federal People's Assembly together with provincial assemblies working with the five provinces. Elections are to be held within a few months. Acting independent Prime Minister George Rytan called the passage "a victory for democracy."
