The Panmagi Rune is an extremely useful rune. It can change into 3 runes of the same type. The Panmagi Rune can also be used to teleport to Varrock. If you change the rune into water runes, you will get 20 water runes. If you change the rune into air runes you will get 10 air runes. You can do each step only 200 times a day(24 hours).
